Our vehicles are open to qualified and accredited investors only. Securities are offered through Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC.

EPL Group is a US platform with venture partners in Europe and Latin America. We invest in US businesses and in international founders landing in the US, and we source through a network of experts across three continents.

It depends on the platform. xPL Ventures writes first checks and pre-seed rounds, xpansionIQ leads or joins Series A rounds, the Permanent Capital Platform acquires established lower-middle-market businesses, and GP Stackers co-invests at the GP level alongside emerging managers. Tell us about your mandate and we will point you to the right one.

Operators first. Every partner has built, run or advised companies, so we work beside management on the decisions that compound: pricing, hiring, systems and software. We are not a passive cheque, and we are not a replacement for the team.

A senior partner reads every message personally. You will normally hear back within a few working days, and if your mandate is a fit we move to a first confidential conversation the same week.
